The sunsets on the Olympic Peninsula are spectacular. They are sometimes so bright that the reflections in the east are almost as bright as the sunset itself. The whole atmosphere filled with this light ans refelcted on old barns, clouds and in the fields is a wonderful inspiration for bright colorful paintings. One has to be out early to see the richest colors.
